March - Dec'78 - Marsipans evolve to life and shape in the PEACELORD
1978 - Marsipan spacecraft invented by Joachim Henke
1979 - Rael Foxboro teams up with the Marsipans. First Marsipans turn up in Swedish fandom.
1980 - Austrian cartoonist Klaudia Vidmar authorized for Marsipan tooning.
1981 - Ahrvid Engholm and Wolf von Witting visit Tom Ölander in Helsinki/Finland with marsipan-infested luggage.
1982 - Marsipans visit the EUROCON 7 in MönchenGladbach.
1983 - Marsipans camp near Hannover as the Seven SMOF gather at SCFD-Con.
1984 - German fandom made fully aware of Marsipan existence with ANDROMEDA # 111.
1985 - Cake with life-sized Marsipans served by Carina Agebratt at Nasacon 6.
1986 - Marsipans launch rockets at Sigma TC's 10th Anniversary.
1987 - Marsipans at SCFD-Con in Hackenheim.
1988 - Hans Arnold scaring Marsipans with bizarre drawings...
1989 - The first Marsipan-split served at Nasacon.
1990 - Announcement of departure on deep space assignment at Nasacon 11.

1993 - No sightings.
1994 - First Marsipan going to Moscow.
1995 - Russian Invasion of Marsipans failed. Too many pink elephants around...
1996 - Marsipans greatly amused by Ray Bradbury.
1997 - First Marsipan on the Internet. One Marsipan accidentally got eaten by Fiona Anderson in Ratzeburg.
1998 - Marsipan creator Wolf von Witting Fan Guest of Honour at SF-Tage 10 NRW.

2000 - Miss Marsipan stuck in quarantine while Miss Universe competition held at Nasacon 2000.
2001 - Marsipans launch rockets at Sigma TC's 25th Anniversary.
2002 - First animated Marsipan on the Net.
